Having a missing or scarred Areola can be psychologically devastating to any gender because it plays such an important role in the self-esteem, we need to feel whole and complete.
Paramedical Micropigmentation is specialty area of tattooing that can also improve breast appearance by recreating the areola shape and color lost after breast reconstruction and can minimize the appearance of scars left after breast augmentation. Micropigmentation in this area can also gain confidence in women who have discolored or lightened areolas due to breast feeding, patients who have had graft surgery and for those who are self-conscience about the size or color of their natural areolas or anyone who would like to hide the appearance of a scar.
All Paramedical Tattoo Services are performed by our Master Artist who is specifically trained in the art of Micropigmentation and combines art and science to give you the desirable look and confidence you need to feel confident. All Paramedical Tattoos use pigments that are customizable to fit your desired look and/or match your specific skin tone. Each service includes a consultation prior to procedure. Anesthetics (numbing agents) are applied prior to procedure and included throughout the service to keep you comfortable. Aftercare instructions, healing schedule and kit are included in each Paramedical service.
IMPORTANT: A minimum of 6 Months healing time for scars and/or from last surgery must be completed prior to any Medical Tattoo can be performed.
Paramedical tattoo treatments last anywhere from 1 to 3 years, and touch-up sessions may be required to reach your desired look. Procedure effects depends on scar tissue, oiliness of the skin, the quality and color of the pigments (darker shades last longer), and your lifestyle. Exfoliation, long periods of sun exposure, swimming pools, ocean and hot tubs, as well as saunas and hot showers can make the pigment fade faster. The effects can be prolonged with touch-up appointments.

For those who have undergone tummy tucks, hernia repair, and other similar abdominal surgeries that affect the belly button—or sometimes render it obsolete all together. This medical tattoo is a great alternative to surgical reconstruction and uses a three-dimensional shading technique that using combines both shadows and highlights to draw the eye and attention away from the fact that the skin is completely flat and there’s no dimple.
Mastopexy & Areola Scar Camouflage
This treatment is a form of Micropigmentation where pigments are implanted into the deeper layers of cosmetic surgery scars to correct the color and texture of skin to blend in with the surrounding natural skin color. Using a custom blend of flesh-toned pigments that are color matched to your own skin tone, the appearance of surgical scars become reduced and less noticeable.
