This step is critical in perfecting shape and color to any Eyebrow Service you previously had. ****Pricing listed is for touch up services who have had initial Eyebrow Services through Visual Effects PMU ONLY! If you require a touch up procedure that was initially done from another artist, you are required to set an appointment for a new procedure.****
